ACHIOU KNEE SUPPORT BRACE: THE PROPER WAY TO WEAR

1. Remove the Velcro at the ends of the knee strap. See the image for reference.
2. Cross the straps in front of the knee pads and then pull both ends back. (Please notice: Have the square Velcro or the side of the knee brace with the silicone dot on the inside on top.)
3. Cross the straps again at the back of the knee pads and pull them forward.
4. Attach the two Velcro straps to the middle of the square area and finish putting them on.

The package contains only one knee brace. Hand wash in cold water, then air dry in natural environment. Do not use machine wash.

Yes, you can wear the knee brace under jeans or leggings. It will work well whether you wear it inside or outside your pants and it won't limit your movement.

To get the right size, please measure the circumference of your thigh 4" (10 cm) above the center of your kneecap. If you fall between 2 sizes, suggest you to go with the larger one.
